Chocolate, vanilla and dolce latte ice cream (caramel with bananas covered with chocolate topping and whipped cream)
Directions and ingredients:
Chocolate topping:
* bought topping
* 1 cup cocoa, 1 cup powdered sugar. Amount of added warm water determines the consistence.
* 150g bitter chocolate, 50g sugar, 3 tablespoons strong instant coffee, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 5 tablespoons whipping cream, 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
* Heat up the sugar, coffee and cinnamon till the mixture bubbles, set aside and melt chocolate in it. Add the cream and liqueur. Pour this warm mixture over ice cream.

Vanilla and yoghurt ice cream with pieces of sour cherries, cover with sour cherry topping and decorated with whipped cream
Directions and ingredients:
Sour cherry topping:
* 1 cup of sour cherries (frozen or preserved)
* warm up the frozen ones in the microwave, stone the preserved
* mix with 2 or 3 tablespoons sugar, add 2-4 cl cherry brandy (optional)
* serve cold or warm
* keep some whole sour cherries for decoration

Directions and ingredients:
(Warm) wild berries coulis:
* 1 cup frozen berry mixture (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
* 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
* just mix it or boil down a little

Directions and ingredients:
* Preserved pears (fresh sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not get brown) or slightly boiled down in water with sugar and lemon juice together with clove or star anise or cinnamon (not minced). If you have big pears, put the ice cream into the whole in the middle of the pear, one scoop on each half, chocolate topping is the same.

2 scoops chocolate ice cream, 1 teaspoon cocoa or other chocolate drink, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, sugar, soda water, 1 dcl milk

* Mix 1 scoop with coffee, cocoa, milk, add soda water, put the second scoop on the top

2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 dcl of milk, slices of orange for decoration
Directions and ingredients:
* Mix one scoop of ice cream with milk, add one banana, pour into glasses. Put the second scoop of ice cream on the top and decorate it with the slices of orange.

1) strawberries, 2 dcl milk, 1 scoop strawberry and vanilla ice cream
2) strawberries, 1 dcl milk, 1 dcl soda water, 1 scoop of strawberry and vanilla ice cream

* mix one scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberries with milk (soda water), pour into a glass, put one scoop of strawberry ice cream on the top, decorate with fresh strawberries
