1. History and present
ADRIA GOLD company was founded in 1992.
From the very beginning it has been dealing with production of ice cream and has been focusing
on higher quality.
In 1994 the production was extended and the company began to supply 50 kinds of ice cream.
A much bigger building was bought for production of ice cream in Velký Ořechov (Czech Republic)
this year.
In 1996 new machines for production of ice cream from the firm Carpigiany were bought
- pasteurizers and makers.
In 1997 the branch office in Hodonín was opened which serviced the region from Veselí nad Moravou
to Znojmo and started the new phase of distribution expansion.
In 2000 the company enlarged the freezing storage and technologic equipment.
The distribution covered the whole Moravia in the Czech Republic.
In 2003 the branch office in Slovak Filakov started from where our products were supplied
to the whole Slovak Republic.
In 2004 the building of a new production hall and storage began in Nivnice. In the end of 2004
the hall was finished and the company moved in there. We also started with distribution
of new products: Azzuro and Semifredo.
In 2005 the distribution covered the whole Czech Republic and also parts of Hungary.
In 2007 - Beside ice cream products we have started distributing frozen food for gastronomy market. Now we offer complete assortment of frozen and chilled food.
In 2008 - In May we opened our first company patisserie in the new commercial complex "Zlaté jablko" in the city of Zlín. End consumers will find here full assortment that we offer to patisseries and restaurants.

2. Production
The production is situated into the new hall which fulfils the most demanding hygienic reguirements. The high quality of production of ice cream is guaranteed by Carpigiany makers which belong to the top class in ice cream production. Continuous manufacturing line with potential of 300 litres per hour is used for producing Azzuro ice cream. The production is being gradually upgraded by new machinery, for example new types of filling machines.
Quality System
The important part of our production is thorough control of quality during the whole production process including final inspection. This system enables our products to keep the same quality during the whole production process.
3. Our vision
Among the Adria Gold customers belong small restaurants as well as large hotel complexes nowadays. Adria Gold has been focused on customers looking for the top quality since the very beginning. Our strategy for the future is the production of the supreme ice cream and offering our customers always something more than the others can offer.
